About Us

Welcome to MBL Fitness: Mind. Body. Life.

MBL Fitness stands for Mind. Body. Life. A concept that’s much deeper than just physical workouts.

We believe the way you move, affects the way you feel. The way you feel affects the way you think. And together, they both shape the life you’re able to live. Why not live better?

Our mission at MBL Fitness is to help people feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies — not just for today, but for many years. We believe exercise should support your life; not overwhelm it. It should give you freedom, not fear. Strength, not stress. Fitness isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about building a body and mindset that allows you to fully show up for your life.

Building a Body You Can Trust

A strong body changes everything. It means getting out of a chair without hesitation. Carrying groceries without pain. Walking upstairs without catching your breath. Getting down on the floor — and back up again — with confidence.

As we get older, the body naturally loses strength, muscle, and balance. But that loss isn’t something we simply have to accept. Regular exercise helps protect independence. It strengthens muscles and bones, supports joints, improves balance, and keeps everyday movements feeling natural instead of difficult.

At MBL Fitness, we focus on training your body for real life. Not just for a workout, but for the moments that matter — staying active, traveling with confidence, and moving without fear of injury.

Strength gives you options. Options give you freedom.

Caring for the Mind Through Movement

Exercise doesn’t just change the body — it changes how your brain works. Movement helps reduce stress, improve mood, and support better sleep, but it also plays a powerful role in mental clarity. When you exercise, blood flow to the brain increases, which helps support focus, memory, and learning. Many people notice they think more clearly, remember things more easily, and feel less mentally scattered when exercise becomes part of their routine.

Exercise can also improve productivity and decision-making. Daily tasks feel more manageable. Concentration lasts longer. It becomes easier to stay organized, make choices, and handle challenges without feeling overwhelmed.

There’s something powerful about realizing your body supports your brain.

When your body feels stronger, your mind feels safer.
When your mind feels clearer, life feels easier to navigate.

When Mind and Body Come Together, Life Expands

A better body helps you move through life with confidence.
A clearer mind helps you enjoy it.

At MBL Fitness, we believe exercise is a tool for living better — not just longer, but fuller. We train for independence. We train for confidence. We train for a life where everyday activities feel possible instead of intimidating.

To support that goal, we design individualized, in-home training programs built around you — your body, your needs, and your lifestyle. Every workout is tailored to help you get the best results in the most convenient way possible, all in the comfort of your own home. No crowded gyms. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just thoughtful, personalized coaching that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.

Because when your mind is clear, your body is strong, and your training fits seamlessly into your life, your life truly opens up.

And that’s what MBL Fitness is all about.

Meet The Trainer

My name is Elya Rothstein, and I am a certified personal trainer by the National Association of Sports Medicine and certified in CPR/AED by the American Red Cross. Helping people feel capable in their bodies has been a core part of my life for many years.

I served a full service in the Israeli Army as a medic, where I learned firsthand the importance of calm decision-making, injury awareness, and caring for people in vulnerable moments. I lived in Israel for five years, an experience that shaped not only my discipline and work ethic, but also my desire to help others in meaningful, practical ways.

I’ve been training people for over six years, with a strong focus on safe movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation-based training. Over time, I noticed something important: many older adults weren’t lacking motivation — they were lacking support, guidance, and access to training that truly met their needs.

When I returned to the United States, I began looking for ways to use my fitness and medical background to help people more directly. That’s when I realized how powerful personalized, in-home training could be for seniors. The right program, delivered with care and attention, can change far more than physical strength — it can change how someone experiences their life.
